I know I was just giving you a hard time about this, but I really think we should just be saying "a special power" in these cases. Unless like Event Cards or miscellaneous future stuff we come up with are intentional exclusions.
Anywho, I'd rephrase the SA more like:

I think it's a little more digestible that way.
Pretty minor notes, though. Design looks cool.
