You can only attack once per turn with each figure.

If you place all three order markers on the same card, it goes like this.

Roll initiative. If you win, you go first. If you lose initiative, the other guy goes first.

Whoever won initiative (player A) reveals their 1. Then they may move any figures pictured on that card. Then they may attack with them. This is taking one turn.

Then the Player B reveals his 1. And does the same thing.

Then guy A reveals his 2. etc.

So if you place three order markers on the same hero, you will be able to attack and move three times throughout the course of the entire round, but you will alternate turns with your opponent.
