Well, elevators could just be a different thing that we can establish precedent for once we have them.
OK, so what I'm hearing is this, for consistency:
1. One transit number per building?
2. Transit numbers of higher than 4 doable
3. Use end movement/start next movement on another exit mechanics for figures who can't get through with their normal movement in one turn.
Can we all agree on that? Seems like #1 might be a sticking point for some buildings.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.
