How often are you going to pick more than 5 heroes for a game, though? The average C3G unique hero costs a little more than 216 points. So add in Cap and on average you're not hitting more than 5 unique heroes until you hit 1350 for point ranges. And then you're probably only looking at one "odd man out" you have to remember.
I suppose we could just make it all unique heroes, but I'd worry about power level and I'd worry about people playing him with a ton of puny low level uncommons to really milk his cost. I don't like the idea of people cheesing a ton of Moloids with this guy or anything ... (OK, bad example, since they're commons, but if we ever come out with any cheap uncommons).
If people think that it wouldn't really affect his cost to just go all unique heroes, though, I'm OK making that change ...
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.
