Re: The Book of Killer Frost - Design Phase
I could see lowering her Attack and Defense numbers by one each to help keep her power levels more reasonable.

I'm fine with her own teammates recharging her, but not with mechanical confusion. Make it a wound from a normal attack and we're good.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.
