Cool power. I'd word it more like this so it's more clear who you get the attack bonus against:

POWER AND RESPONSIBILITY
When a opponent's figure within 4 clear sight spaces of Spider-Man inflicts one or more wounds on a figure you control with a (normal?) attack, once during your next player turn, Spider-Man may add 2 to his Attack number while attacking that opponent's figure.
