I'm fine with it either way, but for what it's worth there is not much between them in terms of space. The "attacked and at least 1 skull rolled" version feels slightly more like a tanking power since she's stopping the hit, rather than letting the enemy just direct it at someone else. Mostly just checking before doing the checklists.
