Um ... no. That's not the issue that was brought up.
The issue was that you could continue disengaging at a 50% rate of doing one damage on Human Torch for each swipe, and an 80% chance of doing two damage to opposing figures for each disengagement.
Those odds are fine, but they were tested and designed to work only once in a turn, not an uncapped amount of times in a turn. Also, letting him do it over and over in the same turn doesn't really make thematic sense for him.
