I like the card as is but if you really want some kind of death wish power, maybe do something similar to what Superman has for rushing to someones aid. Like if Deadshot starts his turn within 3 hexes of an opponent and could end his move adjacent to that figure, then he must do so. That would give him a needlessly putting himself in danger/death wish vibe.
