Tried this language (with the potential of just making them Indigo Lantern like every non-Indigo-1/2 will be). Lines up somewhat more with the Uncommon Star Sapphire. Thoughts? Does this communicate it well:
Quote:
EMOTIONAL PURGE
Instead of attacking, you may choose a Unique Hero within 3 clear sight spaces of this Indigo Lantern that is not a Tribesman and does not have any indigo Battery Markers on its card. Place an indigo Battery Marker from this card onto the chosen hero’s card. For the entire game, figures that have an indigo Battery Marker on their card that they did not begin the game with roll one fewer die when attacking and may not take a turn without revealing an Order Marker on its card. Before taking a turn with one of these figures, roll the 20-sided die. If you roll 1-6, remove that Battery Marker from the game.

Underlined text was on Uncommon Star Sapphire but not present in Karat's suggestion. Is it necessary? If it isn't I might prefer to go back to Compassionate. No mechanical difference currently, but more accurately conveys the theme.
