Gross, would hate for the Incredible's best build to include Civilians. I see Violet as someone who would protect her family and other kids her age like the chick from Incredibles 2 who could make portals. Could just open it up to Superhumans and Enthusiastic Heroes.
Ftr, wasn't actually advocating going Civilian, just saying it made more thematic sense than Small Enthusiastic to me. I'd trim down to just Superhuman for the bonus, honestly.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.
