I think the interior of Vehicles should be Interior terrain like in buildings and probably Floor spaces (which are Land spaces).

The Astral Plane spaces are not considered Land spaces or any specific terrain type beyond Astral Plane spaces. Thematically they kind of have to be their own thing since they only exist in the mind.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.
