Generally, I don't like two defensive powers on one card, but I feel that ONE SHIELD DEFENSE and RUTHLESS COUNTERSTRIKE compliment each other really well, and also that Ruthless Counterstrike is more of an offensive power anyways, it just triggers while defending.

Good design. Just give him Superstrength and I do prefer Soldier to Agent, though that may be silly considering his own moniker.
