So I think that would make this the power, with all cards that reference Radar Sense changed to reference Blind Warrior and Blind Warrior added to Radar Sense.

BLIND WARRIOR
Daredevil does not require clear sight to attack a non-adjacent figure with an attack and figures standing on a Shadow Tile attacked by Daredevil do not gain any benefits from doing so.
