This is Hasbro. You can't trust a word they say about what they will or won't reprint. They just reprinted a bunch of classic MTG cards they'd promised fans they'd never reprint.

File a lawsuit if you spent any money trying to acquire a MtG card they advertised as an exclusive, but then later made common, for false advertising. You'll win. Pain and anguish has got to be worth at least a cool million.
