lol sure, sure, but that's two different special attacks. This one applies to a single special attack AND adds a defense reduction. It was the closest thing to special attack modification without being special attack modification that I could find while only searching through the C's on the Index.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.
