WoTC has said (on this site, if you can believe it) that the previewed wave 1 of Marvel at the very least will be released. After that seems up in the air and somewhat dependent on if they can get some more love from the big box stores (Walmart's name, in particular, has been tossed around in this sense).
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.
