The consensus from the Last Chance thread seemed to be to allow Munk to copy other Indigo Lanterns. That will effectively give him the Teleportation power when paired with Indigo-1 and LV's Indigo Recruits for that synergy hook.
Is this a comment in response to a past write-up? Because what you have now definitely doesn't stop him from using Indigo-1's power.
Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those.
