Well right now it's 10:00 and its 90 degrees outside. A/C is first. Apparently all the repair guys were on vacation today and never answered/returned any calls.

Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those.
