Honestly, I see both Mogo and Ego as working best as figureless cards who make it so that the battlefield is Mogo/Ego when you draft them and provide effects reflective of that. I've never been a fan of Mogo as a static, standard battlefield, even less so now I actually know the character.
Unless you want to go in a more Guardians vol.2 direction for Ego and allow him to personally manifest - probably still make it so that the battlefield is Ego, but also give him a figure to fight with.
