Shout out to Necroblade for the Contingency Plan power that this is just a slight tweak of. And thanks to Griff for all the help putting this design together.

Edit: 110 is a pulled out of thin air guestimate, so you might be right. Will fix Gordon.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.
