Character Bio - Crooks are a greedy brand of human beings who operate everywhere from New Delhi to New Orleans. But Crime Alley breeds a special brand of scum. Born from the violent death of Thomas and Martha Wayne and the ensuing economic desperation of the great city of Gotham, these ne’er-do-wells often work with other thieves to pursue shared goals of ill-gotten gain. They go where the valuables take them. And the way they see it, this cold, bitter world hasn't given them much of a choice.
