I do like the choice to go with red kryptonite as opposed to green, though, given the sculpt (and the unlikelihood that we'd have a good candidate for a red kryptonite power anywhere else) and I like how he fits into the criminal faction well with his other powers.
Given my knowledge of some of your plans for the criminal faction, though, I'm happy to see he's a mastermind, and not a crimelord (and I think mastermind is a better thematic fit anyway).
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.
