Can't say I'd have done better!
One time in college, we got a friend of mine a cake that was supposed to say "You did it!". The cake decorator managed to write 'you' and 'it' pretty legibly, but 'did' ended up reading like an anatomical reference.
Fortunately, we were jerks buying a cake for another jerk, so it was a positive rather than a negative.
