I wonder how the Superhuman Registration Act will fit into it all. All the current superheroes have no secret identities. The only new super(s) that will show up before CA3 are Ant-man, Scarlet Witch, Quicksilver, and Vision. Only Ant-man could really have a secret identity out of those guys.

Perhaps the Superhuman Registration Act will be more "work for the government or you are an enemy" type of thing. If Tony does cause the Ultronpocalypse, I could definitely see Tony supporting the Act out of guilt, especially with Rhodey convincing him.

That makes me wonder where Avengers 3 is going to go … is Thanos the bad guy, or will Avengers 3 be an all-out war between the Avengers? Maybe a little of both. Earth's heroes are busy fighting each other, so Thanos makes his move and attacks, forcing Earth's Mightiest Heroes to put aside their differences to stop the mad tyrant.

There is also the various Netflix series (spelling?) coming out, a possible other hero in Avengers 2 (people are hoping for Mrs. Marvel), and AOS. I personally don't think this will ever happen, but all those rumors about the talks with Fox and Sony could be true. So there's more heroes there.
