The card says... Once during each turn a hero you control may...
Are we talking Unique/Uncommon Heroes only? Or are commons allowed? I would think not, but the card only says "hero".
Always rummaging through garage sale bins, hoping that someone is dumping their kid's Heroscape treasures.
