Actually, Himmel would get a +1 attack bonus when adjacent to Arktos because of his Hunter Attack Enhancement. Pairing Himmel with the Wolfen army should be pretty strong, especially in a one-general format, since the wyvern should be able to smash podded common range that is the biggest problem for them, at least in the games I've played with them.
