Gigantic Reach matches Giant-Man's SP text but not Giant-Man's card text. I think G-M's card text is correct, because Yellowjacket's text is ambiguous about the reference point for 6 levels higher:

Yellowjacket may add 1 to his range when attacking a figure whose base is
no more than 6 levels above Yellowjacket or 6 levels below Yellowjacket's base.
