It's really weird that Spider Clamber doesn't have the "Whenever another special power refers to the Web Swing special power, it refers to this special power as well." text since I specifically want to reuse it on a Spider design that should have factional synergies and this power is more fitting than swinging. We should add that line here. If you don't want to add that line (there's really no reason not to), then we need to rename the power here to Stealth Clamber 40 so I can use the name Spider Clamber on the one that is actually factional for Spiders-Man.

EDIT: This power also needs a number in it's power name regardless so it can be reused with a different height on a Common Hero design.
