We play it as the figure on top has to "fall" into the space directly below where the car, or whatever item, was on or closest legal space. Then roll one unblockable. We've been throwing around the idea of rolling two dice and having to hit both on skull to cause a damage, but so far leaving it at one for simplicity's sake has worked just fine. Its not like it happens all the time to cause a major shift or anything anyways. And you should know the risk of grabbing that height advantage when the Hulks starring at you
