Any thoughts on the ability names or leftbox stats, Pumpkin? Once we get those nailed down, I think Vlad should be ready for public review.
I prefer "Display of Cruelty" for the aura power, and any of the following names for the second power: "Brutal Tactics 13" "Sadistic Intent 13", "Lethality 13" or "Mortal Blow 13."
For the personality, I think Ruthless works well (does it give any synergy?) but I'd also be down for changing it to something like "Cruel", "Sadistic" or "Merciless".
