Like, symbols are our precedent for powers that aren't necessarily on the card, but that figures have anyways. If I had a unit that says "figures you control within 3 clear sight spaces have the Mental Shield special power" would Prometheus be able to negate that even if they're not written on the card?
Would Scarlet Witch or Zatanna?
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.
