Given that 1v1 is not going to be where he shines, and all of the Hero tests were against 220 and 215 units that do well there, I'm not terribly surprised that he didn't win any of them.
190-200 seems fine for public playtesting. Like johnny, I wouldn't be surprised to see him edge over that line though.
