Tough with those stats will make him very, well, tough.
I could see either his Life or his Defense coming down one for sure.
Beyond that and some small wording tweaks, we've discussed his powers in your design thread, and I'm on board with this. It'll be interesting to see how much Boarding Party does for the Starjammers.
