It's her "codename" from the series. Classic Valiant the group kind of had secret identities. Modern Universe (that these are based off of) Faith comes up with the names, but no one actually uses them. So the "Sting" for Pete's card, "Zephyr" on Faith's, and "Flamingo" here on Charlene's are all references to that.
I think we clarified it in Faith's bio. Probably wouldn't hurt to do that here as well.
