Well MS, I think that will depend on how long you're into this new game and how large a collection you want to amass.

Someone who left 40K for X-Wing's already done the math on FFG a while ago. The cost for ONE competitive 40K army could buy most of an X-Wing collection.

Yea only$ 400 for an ok 40k army with almost no options.
