Just as
Shifting Realms was started by Craig & Jeff Van Ness, the 2nd wheel in the Heroscape designer triad Rob Daviau started his own company Restoration Games, along with attorney Justin D. Jacobson. They buy the rights to out-of-print but nostalgic games with a cult following, then redesign them for a modern audience, kinda like what Disney has been doing with their live action remakes, but instead they actually IMPROVE the game in most people's views. Rob Daviau also still designs for many other game companies, most notably on all the "Legacy" games popping up, but also many others - in the last 4 years since leaving Hasbro he has designed over 30 games and expansions!
