There is a PDF for the first wave somewhere on the site, in the Download section, but the other cards do not have a group PDF for them.

The quick reply is most appreciated. Providing a single PDF (by set or wave etc) would be quite beneficial to those newcomers. Sure there is some degree of laziness that I am exhibiting, but I prefer to think of it as efficiency.
