Is there a reason Healing Waters is after taking a turn? That's a problematic placement. Why not "after moving and before attacking?"

Q: When Nephda's Carried By Waves affects a land space, can I place Shadow Tiles on that space with Mika Connour's Shadow Dance?
A: No, because Carried By Waves makes that space a non-land space.
General Checklist:

1. Are we recycling a unit name? No

2. Are we recycling a power name? No

3. If we are reusing an existing power, is the wording exactly the same? N/A

4. What happens when the powers are negated (Rod of Negation, Exploit Weakness)? Rod of Negation turns all land spaces that Nephda converted back to land, and Nephda can no longer use Healing Waters. Exploit Weakness can temporarily turn all land spaces converted by Nephda back to land. Do any powers continue to have effects after being negated? No Is this clear from the wording?

5. Should the powers affect destructible objects? Healing Waters is not a power that deals wounds, so it does not affect DOs. Carried by Waves can affect DOs in that the spaces will be water, if that matters.

6. Do any of the powers unintentionally synergize with other players' units? Carried by Waves can synergize with any units that like water; that is intentional. Both powers can intentionally affect friendly units.

7. Do the powers allow turn stacking? No

8. Are any of the powers conditional on a future event? No Is that future event inevitable or avoidable?

9. Does it have a d20 power? Yes If is a small, medium, or large Unique Hero, how does it interact with Mystic Sacrifice? Mystic Sacrifice could be used to increase the Healing Waters roll. If Mystic Sacrifice is used when Healing Waters is being used to heal Myrddin, does Myrddin die before being healed? I don't think the timing is clear, but it's pretty much pointless because wounding oneself 1 or 2 to heal oneself 1 is foolish. If it is Tricky, how does it interact with Queen of Thieves? N/A If it is Undead, how does it interact with Curse of the Mummy? N/A

10. Do the powers create out-of-turn attacks? No

When choosing to use Healing Waters, can the player attempt to heal some heroes but not others? What part is optional, the use of the power, or each individual roll?

20. If the unit is a Soulborg squad who follows Jandar, how do the powers interact with Directed Fire? N/A
