His Pummel reads fine to me. Brutal against certain builds but the fact it's only one fighter per turn should, I think, put a cap on it? I don't know, I'm not an expert. I would swap around the two halves of the power though, put the passive defense debuff first... following then order and all.
The auto wounding potential of his leap seems more worrysome honestly.
