SPECIAL SCENARIO ARMY CARD ADJUSMENTS:

1. Fire Demons: Their initial Lava Field hexes cannot be placed on Empire Plateau spaces, Start Zones, or Black Holes.

2. Martinex: may ignore movement penalties for both Snow and Sand spaces.
