Isn't it strange that we have a discussion about whether or not a "sharpshooter" who on a good day only hits about half his shots is overpowered. (Although like I stated before its more like about 15% of his shots..yeah his Ullar Enhanced rifle came through for the first time last night..and worked again tonight..
both at about 35-40% as compared to the normal 0% He's on a roll).
