Re: C3G Strategy/Competitive Discussion (Darkseid)
Yeah, I think in the modern metagame, Darkseid likes two things:

1. Screens (set up a bunch of figures to lock people down and give him time to get in the mix

or, probably better

2. Teleporters (there are plenty of figures that can help him zip forward into the action and get into battle a lot faster)

If you could send him up with a team, lockdown figures like Blob are nice pairings to prevent him from being kited.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.
