I'm OK with passing her forward at 400. I don't think she's significantly more of a beast at that level than Silver Surfer or Superman (I) are in certain match ups, for instance.

Might want to tag the competitive guys for thoughts, but I'd be happy to vote her forward as is.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.
