Equipment Glyph idea: Grappling Hook. Imparts Expert Climbing or maybe something like Cimmerian Climb.

Another thought was some sort of Arms Dealer type character for a card with a power that allows you to buy Equipment Glyphs.
Maybe that one is best for a scenario.
