Thanks Tickle! It does actually look better now and since they are carrying assault rifles, it kind of made sense to borrow that power from Punisher.

COORDINATED EFFORTS
After revealing an Order Marker on this card, instead of taking a turn with Lt. Stone, you may take a turn with any Code: Blue Officer you control. After taking that turn with a Code: Blue Officer, you may move up to 2 other Code: Blue Officers or Common Lawmen you control up to 2 spaces each.

CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
Criminal figures roll 1 less defense against Lt. Stone's normal attack.

ARMOR PIERCING ROCKET SPECIAL ATTACK
Range 5. Attack 4.
For each skull rolled when attacking with this special attack, the defending figure subtracts 1 from its defense. Lt. Stone can only attack a non-adjacent figure with this special attack and can only used Armor Piercing Rocket Special Attack once per round.
