Rather than respond individually to each point, I want to instead show you what I'm currently thinking for changes based on the posts so far:

TEAM EMPATH
Before taking a turn with Raven, you may either

Range 10. Attack 7.
Raven does not need clear line of sight on a figure to use this special attack. This special attack can only be used once per round and does not affect Androids or Destructible Objects. After using this special attack, remove all unrevealed Order Markers from this card.
MAGICAL RESISTANCE
When Raven is attacked by an opponent's figure that does not have the Magical Defense power, the most wounds Raven can take for this attack is one.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.
