Some were, some weren't. I particularly enjoyed First Class and Days of Future Past, personally.
I enjoyed DoFP - I don't think my brother did. Haven't seen First Class (or X3 or Apocalypse). X2 I've heard people like, but couldn't finish. Wolverine was... kind of fun in the moment but intensely forgettable. The first was not really that good and X-Men Origins: Wolverine was a garbage fire.
As a franchise as a whole, it was pretty bad, IMO.
