Re: C3G Design-Kree Scout(Design Phase)
I guess I like the inclusion of the word "technology" because it gives you an idea of why they're able to do this. Teleportation isn't a natural power to them - it's technological. And invasion by itself doesn't really let the player know that they're using teleportation technology here.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.
