I already chopped out a ton of info from that... Feel free to edit out what you think is unimportant.

The Kyptonian part was to represent Supes' weakness to magic... Do all Kryptonians have that weakness?
Oye, I really hope we don't all get sucked back into this magic 'weakness' to Kryptonians debate again. Here is the best way to put it; Kryptonians have a near invulnerability to just about every form of attack, except for Magic, but Magic does not affect them any more than it would any other person. Now most people, even DC, use the term "Kryptonians are vulnerable to magic", and that is true, only in the sense that everyone is. When Kryptonians go up against magic, they are as good fair game as everyone else. Now that 'weakness' that we hear, read, and talk about, is more than well covered by the fact that Man of Steel does not work against special attacks, and even though his normal defense is still high (Superman), that also reflects his many years of conditioning under the yellow sun as an Alien to our world, and his eternal spirit to fight against all evil.

All in all, Man of Steel being susceptible to special attacks, is all the vulnerability that is required for any Magic Special Attack, any more, and we run the risk of having some expensive Kryptonian units that are never drafted due to overwhelming counters to them.
